Our B&B is located in Magnano, a small town rich in history, located in the south of the Biellese province; an area that we, first and foremost, love.
As soon as you turn onto the narrow winding road that leads to our guest house, you’ll feel as though you’ve entered another universe— one surrounded by green hills and woodlands— ready for a regenerating stay.

Our idea of hospitality
From the beginning, we wanted to create a B&B that was welcoming and which reflected our attention to detail. Ours are mini-apartments, resulting from a recent renovation project, equipped with all the necessary appliances and home comforts. When we envisioned our rooms, we wanted to create ideal spaces that would make our guests feel genuinely at home.
Our Bedrooms
We have two brightly lit and spacious apartments, recently renovated with meticulous attention to the use of natural materials— hemp and wood fiber insulation, locally sourced wood for the windows, doors, and terrace, recyclable PVC for the floors, and non-toxic lime-based paints for the walls. We use energy-saving lamps, our heating comes from renewable sources, and the water used at our guesthouse is revitalized using the Austrian Grander method. Why? Our philosophy is to reduce our environmental footprint— all the while participating in the Magnano community which has so graciously welcomed us.
The Lavender Room
This mini-apartment, equipped with a small kitchen and a private bathroom, is located on the ground floor and is fully accessible to everyone.
The Jasmine Room
This mini-apartment is located on the first floor and has a small kitchen and a private bathroom.
It also has a Finnish sauna and a private terrace.
